I'm being honest and not just selecting 5 stars just for a coupon I don't need to be offered to post the truth. I gave it a 3 because I don't know how good it truly is until I get my blood work done at my regular checkup. By then sufficient time and use will decide (without a doubt I bet) how good these products really are I'm a cancer survivor who makes excuses to be lazy, but now with these beneficial supplements, I can keep at my dream of being able to workout and not feel like it's a young man's world anymore
