Excellent for pulley exercises

These help you to feel your lats more by taking the tension off your forearms. They work really good for pulley exercises, pull downs, and pull ups where there is always constant tension. They are also very quick and easy to use. The padding is very thick and the hooks are thick and alot heavier than I expected, they can clearly handle some heavy loads. However, they don't work as well with dumbell rows because it seems to be easier to knock the dumbbell off the hook. I thought using these with deadlifts never felt right. Also, you have to tighten the straps really tight around your wrist so you have to take them off periodically.
